dAtlas

Service terms and limitations

Updated 3 October 2026. dAtlas is a private, operator-managed Personal Intelligence System succeeding Orion. These terms describe its current use and limitations; they do not offer public registration, a paid service contract or a service-level guarantee.

Authorized use

Use is limited to the operator and accounts or chats expressly authorized by the operator. Connect only data you are authorized to access. Google consent determines API permissions; it does not itself instruct dAtlas to send messages, modify records or act for another person.

Answers and follow-through

Answers are generated from selected source material and conversation context using an external model. They can be incomplete, stale or incorrect. Check cited evidence and source freshness before relying on an answer. An answer or a transport receipt alone does not establish that a source is current or an action is complete.

Reminders require an explicit request, a clear destination and time, and a saved application receipt. Network outages, provider limits and uncertain delivery can interrupt follow-through. Keep another method for critical deadlines. Historical pending Orion actions are preserved for reconciliation and are not automatically replayed.

Recovery and external services

The application is undergoing staged recovery. Some connectors and capabilities are paused, incomplete or being tested. No availability, accuracy, permanent retention or immediate deletion guarantee is offered. Telegram, Google and model providers have their own terms, availability and data practices. See the privacy and data-handling notice before connecting data.

Changing access or asking for help

The operator can pause a connector or the application and can authorize scoped changes. Account revocation does not by itself delete stored historical copies. For help, data requests or changes to access, contact me@danishlukawski.com.
